What we collect,
and why.
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not track you around the internet.

Who we are
EditorzHub is a short-form video editing studio operating at editorzhub.com. If you have a question about anything on this page, contact us at ravishkumarofficial18091@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you filled in: your name, email address, and optionally your company, WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, expected volume, timeline, budget range and your message.
Alongside that we automatically record the date and time of the submission, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept for one reason: to detect and block automated spam. We also record the page you arrived from, so we know which part of the site brings in enquiries.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent to three places:
- Our database, hosted with our web host, so we have a record of your enquiry.
- Our email inbox, so a person actually sees it and replies.
- A private Google Sheet, which is the working list we use to keep track of who we still owe a reply. It is not public and not shared outside the team.
That means Google, as the provider of Google Sheets and of our email, processes your enquiry on our behalf.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, named ehsid. It
is a session cookie that exists purely so the contact form can protect
itself against cross-site request forgery, and so we can show you the
confirmation message after you submit. It contains no personal
information, it is not used for analytics or advertising, and it is
deleted when you close your browser.
Because we set no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no cookie banner on this site. There is nothing for you to consent to.
Other services this site uses
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served by Google. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which sees your IP address as part of that request.
- WhatsApp — if you click a WhatsApp button you leave this site and continue on WhatsApp, under Meta's own privacy terms.
Videos on this site are hosted by us, not embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, so watching them does not report anything to a third party.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the working relationship, and delete them when they are no longer relevant. The spam-prevention records — IP address and user agent — are only useful briefly and are cleared with the enquiry they belong to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we will do it — there is no form to fill in and no charge. If you are in the UK or EU, these are rights you have under the GDPR; we extend the same to everyone regardless of where you are.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery, rate-limited against abuse, and validated on our server rather than only in your browser. Access to the database and the enquiry sheet is restricted to the EditorzHub team.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you believe you have found a security problem with this site, please email us rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will fix it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
Questions?
Just ask.
Send us the footage. We will send back something people finish watching.
